1:1 Call with Emma Jenkings

Why book a call?

Individuals often choose this service because they:

a) Are at the beginning, end, or mid-way through one of my e-learning courses and would like some one-to-one coaching alongside their learning journey.

b) Are in a conflict situation and would like one, two, or three conflict coaching sessions to feel confident about how they approach their situation and move on positively from what has happened.

c) Would like an hour of my time to talk through issues happening in their workplace and want to book a one-off consultancy call for guidance.

E-Learning Support:

It often helps to start a course by first speaking to the course creator about what is involved and how to get the most out of the materials.

Sometimes, you get to mid-way through, and you have questions, immediate concerns, ideas, or you would simply like to talk through what you have heard so far.

Many people who have completed their studies want to embed the learning and apply it to their specific challenges or current demands. 

Conflict Coaching or One-Off Coaching:

You may be looking for one-off coaching sessions to explore coaching for the first time or to keep investing in your development, following on from completing a coaching package. As a conflict coach, workplace mediator, DISC practitioner and interpersonal skills trainer, I want to support anyone interested in developing their communication, conflict management, interpersonal skills and assertiveness. 

You may otherwise be in the middle of a difficult situation with someone else - professionally or personally - but it is not possible to tackle the issues through mediation for whatever reason. Conflict coaching is a great way to figure out your approach to the other person, talk through the situation, and find some inner resolution and peace. 

One-off Consultancy Calls

Occasionally, rather than have my services on retainer, business owners or senior leaders prefer to book a one-off consultancy call. This tends to focus on conflict prevention options, conflict management tips, conflict resolution guidance or talking through people management challenges.

A bit about me: Emma Jenkings is a workplace mediator, conflict & assertiveness coach, DISC practitioner, and communication skills trainer. Emma has successfully worked with a wide range of industries, organisations and individuals to equip them with the confidence, knowledge and techniques to improve their communication and have peaceful relationships - both in the workplace and their personal lives.
