A bit about me: Emma Jenkings is a workplace mediator, conflict & assertiveness coach, DISC practitioner, and communication skills trainer. Emma has successfully worked with a wide range of industries, organisations and individuals to equip them with the confidence, knowledge and techniques to improve their communication and have peaceful relationships - both in the workplace and in their personal lives. Emma wanted to create resources for individuals and organisations to access easily, which is what led to creating a bank of e-learning courses of different intensities, bundles of resources for self-development or leadership skills, and some FREE downloads too!
